A project requires a written agreement identifying scope, deliverables, exclusions, fees, currency, taxes, payment milestones, schedule, customer dependencies, acceptance criteria, revisions, and any support. Services are delivered electronically, without physical shipping. There is no automatic renewal. Additional services or recurring support require a separate explicit written agreement. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under the refund and dispute policy and applicable law.
For questions about a previous payment, subscription, unused credits, delivery, or refund, email us with your order reference and the email used for the purchase. Do not send passwords or full card details. Previous purchases are assessed against the terms and disclosures applicable at the time of purchase and applicable law, not the project terms on this website.
